Authorities of the Board:

The following shall be authorities of the Board, namely;

• The Academic Committee
  
  
• The Finance Committee
  
  
• The Research Committee
  
  
• The Schools/Academic Centers Development Committee
  
  
• The Online Education committee
  
  
• Such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the Board
